What is your return or exchange policy?
We understand that sometimes products may not be as exactly as the customer expected or desires. As such we have allowed a 5 days return policy on “ready-to-ship” “ready-made” non-customized wigs sold on Miss Spicy’s Wigs shop.

THERE IS NO REFUND ON CUSTOMIZED WIGS PURCHASED FROM MISS SPICY’S WIGS. ALL CUSTOMIZE WIG SALES ARE FINAL, ONCE THE CUSTOMER PLACES THE ORDER.

Miss Spicy’s Wigs may accept to perform alterations on customized wigs, such as capsize or color, etc, but the customer MUST pay for the additional cost of the alteration, plus shipping and handling

Refunds are ONLY for Miss Spicy’s Wigs products that have not been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in anyway! The products must be returned within fourteen (5) days of the date that you received your order. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges are provided for ready-to-ship and ready-made products that have not been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in any way. The products must be returned within fourteen (5) days of the date that you receive your order. Once we receive your return, the exchange is processed. Exchanges may only be made for the same Miss Spicy’s Wigs texture (i.e., Whimsical Wavy) and length (i.e., 20 inches) or the same color (except in certain circumstances). Exchange shipping is customer’s responsibility.
